So I missed about 20 notes asking for permission to use my work in X,Y,Z.  

If it's personal then my answer is yes.  

If it's for commercial/for-profit then my answer is no.  

I'm sorry that I missed a lot of your comments, I've moved away from drawing the ponies lately anymore.

Special instructions for fully rendered pieces

I will request half the payment up front.  
Then, a basic set of sketch/thumbnails will be sent out and you can approve a direction.  
Once approval is met, I can start rendering out the entire piece.  
Once it's finished, I will request the other half of the payment, a watermarked preview will be shown, and you are allowed 2 minor paintovers.  
Note: This is limited to minor changes, like "Something seems off about X's eye" or "can you move Y over to the left a little?"
Not "Can you redraw from scratch characters X, Y, and Z again?"
